If you manage and distribute your patients' protected health information electronically, you are considered a Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and are required to maintain a Business Associate Agreement with NORCAL if you release patient identifiable information to us.

To make things easy, we created a Business Associate Agreement that fulfills your HIPAA requirement as it relates to your relationship with NORCAL. Just follow these three easy steps:

2. Print the Agreement.
3. File the Agreement with your other NORCAL coverage or HIPAA compliance documents.
